Sky via Cityfibre Full Fibre has now disappeared from our street!
In short: been with cityfibre full fibre for 2 years - first Vodafone, now IDNET. This summer the sky fibre checker on our postcode showed Sky Gigafast 5gb was now available to order, but I wanted to wait until the IDNET contract was over. Today, i see that the whole postcode is now showing as only openreach (part-fibre). All whilst the citfibre.com checker shows Sky 5gb being available to order!
What on earth is going on? (i dread to call sky call centre about this as I fear they'll have no clue whatsoever!)

@MPro You don't have to run the test and it will show you what you can get from sky and if the CF is going to be an option now! The postcode in the sky checker should in theory give you everything that can be done, up down symmetrical then for sure CF!

Sorry this is irrelevant: in the summer it was showing as Gigafast 5gb available. Today all home in our postcode are only able to order openreach services on the sky checker.

@MPro You're going to have to call as we are customers and have no access to Sky's systems. If they can place an order for the CF servicee they will.
