Discussion topic: Sky ultra fast prices

I've just logged into my "My Sky" , checked my speed and it's 73mbs which is good, then if I scroll down the page it says "want faster broadband" and advertises 500mbs for £35 a month for 18 months, but when I click buy now it add the package to my basket with a price of £52

any ideas why

I managewd to upgrade by talking to someone via the webchat functionality.

The same was happening to me. I called them, spoke to Tanya (if I remember her name correctly) and she was able to get me the lower price.
