I have found the problem my sky master microfilmed is broken. Can you order me a new one

No one on the forum can order you anything as we are all customers here, this isn't direct route to Sky Customer services.  You can actually purchase your own microfilter for a few ££'s yourself.  I don't believe sky send such parts.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
