Hi All

Just pondering moving over from BT...how ever I seem unable to get hold of anyone from Sky on live chat...bot just sends me round in circles. Are you able to speak with someone easily? 

Looking on Trust Pilot TalkTalk seem really active in following up with reviews. They were easy to get hold of on live chat....Comparing to Sky...who dont seem to engage at all with Trustpilot feedback and liek I say can't seem to speak with an agent on live chat. Just asking before I kick BT into to touch
