Sky router not re-syncing 2.4 and 5ghz networks

I had to split my 2.4 and 5ghz networks to troubleshoot a device not connecting, this resolved the issue but I now need to re-sync so that both the 2.4 and 5ghz are "meshed" together again under the one SSID.

When I click the sync 2.4 and 5ghz networks button and save, the router kicks me out and doesn't resync.

any ideas on how to resolve this?

@McT86  Your best bet is to use an ethernet connected device,

trying to configure a router especially it's wireless settings over wifi is not recommended!

Also avoid any iOS client device, as there are compatibility issues with sky's router gui,

Other than that, a different browser or incognito mode might help you out.
