Sky router cable no power need a new cable, how do I order please?

The sky router cable is providing no power how do I order a new one or where can I get one from?

@Blee1  Was thre router working before and just switched itself off or did you hear any noise from it before it failed?

We were on hol it went off wed as the ring doorbell was offline.

@Blee1  So it will not power on at all? Have you tried it in another socket to see if it works or not?

Yes the plug socket is fine must be a fuse but it's a solid plug so can't change the fuse.
