Hoping for some help, I have a sky q btoadband hub (as pictured), I'm getting signal upstairs however my work laptop signal keeps dropping out so not a stable connection, a wireless booster has been suggested so I ordered one however I cannot get it to connect (even in the same room as my hub) and I am unsure whether I therefore need a specific booster for my hub? Or if anyone can help with this issue. I will attach pics of both the hub and the booster which didn't connect

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Doris66 Where did you order the booster from? That one is for the later SR203 router, not the one you have, so I'm suspecting this wasn't ordered from Sky?
Each generation of router had its own matching booster to match and they're not cross compatible.
