Internet light off again

And it's off again no Internet light. Went off 4 days last week end after a 12 hour power cut open reach fixed a connection box outside said there should be no problem.  Internet has dropped on and off all week and been off nearly an hour now. Went through online checks unplugged etc still no Internet on.  Only Went with sky January big regret as I work from home .

I'm with Zen Internet and only get the very occasional issue (about a 1/2 hour issue in 6 months).

When I was with Sky I was forever rebooting the router to remain connected to their networks, nightmare...

You going to need to phone Sky tomorrow to complain about the service and get it fixed. 🤗
