Sky max booster pod

I was sent a Sky man booster pod as my WiFi was not working very well in my new home, however the pod is not working either! 

 

I've followed the instructions to a T, tried it in multiple different areas and it's just not connecting. 

 

Even on the my sky app, when setting up, it cannot find the device and when I enter the serial code manually it says it cannot find or connect to it! 

 

Been with sky 5 years, already cancelled my TV package, now considering the same with WiFi! There's just always an issue. 

 

I have done all the same steps multiple time, it just isn't working and it's not connecting automatically and manually.

@Abbsmi1 check if the pod listed in the My Devices section of the My Sky app. If it isnt you should be able to add it using the serial number if you can't call Sky
