Hey my WiFi has been terrible tonight and my bill is super high

You are not talking  to sky on here and we are all fellow customers on here like yourself so if after you have done the checks with the service  checker  on the broadband  section  of the my sky app if you  are still  not happy  then you need to call sky and ask for a wifi  booster

We obviously can't see your bills. Perhaps compare this bill to previous ones to see what has changed. Unless you’ve recently changed your subscription, prices increase due to your discounts ending?
