Sky main box and Sky Q mini boxes keep losing WiFi connection.

Monday had Full Fibre 500 installed (with home hub 6), all fine until Tuesday lunchtime, then had the Red PON light come on, OpenReach came out Wednesday and fixed that.

Now I've got my Sky main box and Sky Q mini boxes keep losing WiFi connection within a few minutes of me keep connecting to router.

Mobile phones, tablets, smart TV's and Ring doorbell all stay connected, just not the Sky boxes.

Any ideas?, I'm thinking it's something to do with 2.4Ghz/5Ghz connectivity 🤷‍♂️

@Peter+Hanson Take a look at the links for both the sky max and using sky q/mini combination with those, Q now has to be treated as a Third party broadband connection because of the Max you have!

More than likely check with your app that it is on WPA2-PSK security mode if you are trying to wireless connect the Q to the sky Max hub, and best to just use the 2.4Ghz for that and NOT the 5Ghz signal if you can with sky Q.
