As stated this is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are here to try to help other customers. You aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services here.


You will need to contact Sky to cancel. Return packaging for any equipment Sky expect back will be sent out to you.  Remember to keep any proof of posting indefinitely.
