Hi there, I keep trying to order Sky Max, but it's not showing in orders and I've had no email to confirm, even days later. Is this a common problem, or is it just me...? TIA all.

I would suggest calling or using social media about this so they can check if you order was actaully placed and then to look into the status of it.
