No broadband still after activation date

Activation date was 10th Nov still nothing as of today! Called numerous times to be told would be fixed in 24/48 hours, dont seem to be getting any answers. Ive already been without broadband for 5 weeks with a different company so switched to sky hoping that would help. No contact from sky or openreach to solve this issue. Requested an engineer 2 days ago to be told id get one say day or the next but nothing

@LisaMid if you switched from another isp using Openreach the fault will have moved with you. You are waiting on Openreach who are bad at communicating and Sky can only tell you what thry have been told which is often the issue is in hand check again in x days. It is very frustrating for the end customer. Often you get the best information from Openreach engineers if they are in your road.

Thanks for your reply, I know that its OR. Ive had many engineers & they've all blamed the provider and has just been passed to one another. Feel like banging my head against a wall just getting no answers its different all the time. Ive been out this morning but unfortunately haven't come across any OR engineers around  to ask

Forgot to add ive now been told it will be fixed by the 17th but im not holding out any hope just a waiting game again
