My activation date was yesterday I got text saying it was all set up only to find out it's not working as the ont isn't showing any pon light as a new customer I can say this experience is awful needs to be sorted out clearly they need to have an open reach engineer to start doing pre activation day checks just to make sure they catch any problems before they arise so unprofessional
