My internet keeps dropping out, the tests say it’s but it not

Our broadband keeps dropping out, we have reset the router and done everything that you ask us to do normally and its still cutting out. This is not ideal when working at home. Your tests you run are not correct and don't show any issues when there is one

@Rob+FC  The next time it drops out can you not re-start the router if possible. But follow the information in the link below please.
