Major issues connecting xbox &/or remote working laptop to internet

Had upgrade to Sky Fibre Ultrafast few months back, all went well until had a power cut & since then wifi chooses when to work with xbox & now causing issues when dialing in from home working laptop.

keeps saying no internet connection even if we stand next to hub, because of where hub is its difficult to use ethernet cables & even have a sky booster upstairs to help but just wont connect xbox or laptop even afer reset &/or hard reboot of sky hub.

our home alarm system is wifi driven & was tripping in the middle of the night but after a reset seems to be ok, but never had issues with xbox or laptop before upgrade.

any advice please, its driving me mad, feel like cancelling it all & starting over with another supplier, never had issues before the upgrade, tried calling sky but keep being fobbed off saying its not the broadband, but had the laptop & xbox checked by IT Pro and its not the equipment

no idea if its had a fault because of the power cut, damaged hub, poor install etc...pleas ehelp before i rip it out & throw it out of the window!

@Julian71

Your hub stats are of no use because your router was only rebooted 13mins before you postd the image. Please post them again next time you notice the issue occuring & BEFORE you reboot the hub
