Sky hub wifi - connection weak

Yesterday the WiFi started dropping out, or at least we think it's that. Speed into the house is as expected, all four lights are green but...

 

Sky qbox says it's connected to the network but not Internet. Apps are either 'not available' or if we do get them running they stop and start when streaming.

 

All other devices are connected to wifi (including TV, phones etc) but the speed varies between 1mb and 30mb when testing speed sporadically. 

 

We've rebooted everything,  reset everything but still no joy. 

 

An engineer is booked for Tuesday but is there anything else we can do?
