Keep having to reset sky hub,loses connection nearly every night and seems to drop alot

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Tea2 loss of connection overnight can be down to line maintenance which is unavoidable. Resetting the hub fully means you lose the log files etc so its difficult to know why you lost the connection. If the line is down the hub should reconnect on its own the only real reason to have to reboot a Sky hub is to get it to optimise its wifi channel choice. Resets should only be necessary to try to clear a fault
