Sky hub installation

I have upgraded to fibre super fast and received my new hub on Friday. I immediately installed it. Two days later I receive a message saying that it will be activated tomorrow and not to install before it does. Does this mean I need to switch it back over?

@Warrenjd  Is it currently working?  If so no need to stop using it.

If it has been activated early then just leave things as they are, if it hasn't been activated then your previous supplier might still work if you are using the switching service to move to Sky.

Re: Sky hub installation

It is working. I keep getting a message saying that there is an issue with my broadband and when I click on the link it tells me that the speed isn't great. However, I'm not noticing an issue. Also, the device isn't showing in My sky so I can't change the password.

Switch back to the previous hub then so you can carry on using wifi devices.
