In my situation the only way to book a home move for my broband is to call sky. Its been 2 days im calling sky and waiting half an hour for someone to answer and no one answers 🙂

@Alabdulla the Home Move team work from around 8.30am to 9pm and you do need to talk to them if the online site tells you to. Best time to call is early in the morning or mid afternoon.
