Sky fiber guarantee

Hi @Sky 

I have Fiber 300 with guarantee 200mbs. A few weeks ago I phoned to complain that since contact inception you had delivered 94.5mbs every day. You refunded me 1 month (stating you couldn't do more than 1 month due to T&Cs despite the problem being for two and a half month). Anyway, following two hours of calls, you then upped my broadband to 313mbs. Rather than cancel I thought this was great as we finally got the service we had been paying for. However had some serious connection issues this week and just checked and you only provided two days at 313mbs and have since provided everyday back at 94.5mbs. Can you confirm that I am within my rights to ask another provider to take on my broadband contract and you are not able to charge me an early end of contract fee as you are in breech of contract due to being unable to meet the minimum speed guarantee?

Where are you seeing these speeds? On a speed checker you are running or on the Sky checker?

The Sky speed checker on the app. I have sorted it now and have cancelled the contract.
