Wifi is terrible for weeks now

Our wi fi /internet connection is awful, last 3

tp 4 weeks its been awful with daily issues not being able to connect to the internet

I'm having the same problem daily. 
The middle internet button flashes amber and cuts is all off the internet for about 5mins the. Comes back on. This happens numerous times a day so frustrating
