I have made numerous complaints to sky, every time it rains my wi fi goes off, so no tv no phone it happened 6 times yesterday 5 times the day before, and when someone came out to check the outside connection he informed me there was nothing wrong. I am sick of paying for a service I do not get.

You need to call again. It's possibly water getting into the cabling at some point.

You need to call again. It's possibly water getting into the cabling at some point.
