So I got sky broadband installed on Thursday engineer finished and said there was a problem the PON light was flashing green he said it had to be solid green it's since turned red but said someone would be out to fix it later that day (don't think he could be bothered trying to sort it himself tbh) or the next day still heard nothing waited weeks for this to be installed I've been billed £19 for my tv package which I can't even use and will more than likely be billed for my wifi that I can't use either anyone else had this issue it's so frustrating I can't even contact openreach themselves🙄

It is Sky you need to chase up about this.
While you will be billed for both you should be eligible for compensation credit due to this issue:

Yeah I’ve called them 3 times I've been given kids channels for free for 2 months for my daughter but can't watch without internet🤣 been told I can't get a specific date that someone will be out to fix it so guess I have to sit tight after waiting nearly a month for it to be installed and hope that it gets fixed at some point🙃
