Re: Poor WiFi connectipn
@Loopy26 while it maybe possiblecto get the connection point moved your options otherwise is to either move the hub to a better location which msy require you to changecthe cable used to connect to the incoming service. When choosing a location makecsurecthe hub is out in the open on a surface zbove obstructions like radiators. Cables are readily available in various lengths you need an Ethernet cable if your service is over full fibre (connecting to an ONT with lights) or a DSL cable if on the older part fibre service.
If that is not practical Sky will sell you an add-on called WiFi Max which includes up to 3 extender pods if you need them see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or you can buy your own shole home wifi kit.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
