Our satellite is currently unplugged but we have been able to access the apps, such as Netflix and prime but now the tv is saying no connection. We have rebooted the WiFi & reset the tv connection.
also we have noticed that our internet has been working very slowly, do you offer any products to boost the WiFi?

If it is saying no connection then that is from your TV itself and isn't related to your Sky broadband connection.
