I have recently joined sky broadband and about 2 weeks ago I ordered my sky hub and booster and it says that the activation date will be on the 6th July.
the delivery of my equipment still hasn't come and it's still saying awaiting dispatch? It has said that for the past 2 weeks now.
Will they deliver it closer to the activation date or the same time?

You can expect the hub up until the day before activation

What does it say in your orders on your my sky app? Is there a tracking number

Scheduled go live date
Sunday 3rd July and sky hub delivery aeaiting dispatch.
No any tracking number shown in message

Have you received any messages at all from sky?
Get back to us tomorrow if you still haven't received it and we can escalate this to sky

I just got the sms as below...
Hi, Openreach here, a reminder that we'll be activating your service tomorrow. Activation can occur anytime up until midnight. Please keep the ONT and router plugged in and powered on.
After your activation, we'll run some tests and will be in touch to check everything is working okay.
But sky hub delivery status still "awiting dispatch"

Are you with sky already and upgrading to full fibre?
If so what sky hub do you have?
Again all i can emphasise is post here tomorrow and we can escalate

Service already provide on 3 July but sky hub still not yet delivery until today ....

My boardband plan started in the first week of July but Sky Broadband Hub delivery still showing "Awaiting dispatch" and never receive any letter from post office.
I'm using my own wifi router for internet right now so how can I contact Sky to update my status of Sky hub ??
