@Cyuen if the checker is saying your max is 61Mb/s almost certainly not. Openreach have covered soething around a third of the country so far with full fibre. It will take a few more years to cover most addresses.
If you want to see for certain put the full address of your new property into this checker DSL Checker.
Look for a line starting WBC FTTP which is full fibre. Ignore a line saying FTTP on demand unless you have £10k or so spare to pay for the installation. 😀
