Sky broadband connection down for the last 8 hours.

Hi

I have had no service here in Leiston for the last 8 hours now, tried every step and reset possible. 
I have the black router, I can't find service status online but I did see a post on X from Sky saying service would be down in leiston but only from 00:00 - 06:00 but that was yesterday. 

Any help greatlly appreciated this is costing me money with my business.

You'll need to log the issue with Sky.

 

If the individual Openreach circuit to your address has a fault then unfortunately it's unlikely to be resolved this side of the Bank Holiday.

 

Business use isn't covered by a domestic broadband contract, and even Sky Business Broadband essentially has the same terms and conditions.
