WiFi is not connecting to devices. I am not happy with the service considering I am paying £59 per month for this. I work from home and it has been extremely difficult to do so. We have to rely on our mobile data to get this going which is not fair because I shouldn't have to use my data at home when I am supposed to be making use of WiFi.

@Shariel using WiFi for business is never ideal Ethernet is far more reliable as it is no affected by unterference which can upset apps like company VPNs. However cabelling is not always practical but you have to consider thst WiFi signal strength is affected by the layout and type of construction in your home as well as the level of interference. The basic Sky hub is designed for domestic use but in many homes will struggle to deliver usable WiFi speeds in every room.

Sky do have a basic wall--to-wall wifi guarantee but thst is mainly to sell add-ons like their WiFi Max bundle that can supply up to 3 extender units which can help give faster WiFi in more distant rooms. However before spending money consider either moving the hub closer to your home office or changing the room you use forcwork. In arranging your home make sure that the hub is out in the open on a surface above obstructions like radiators which block the signal .

Sky's packages are not your onky option if the only room you can use is far from where the hub is look into buying a powerline networking kit which uses your home's mains wiring to carry the data these are particularly useful in homes with more than 2 levels or those older homes with solid internal walls. You can invest in a whole home WiFi mesh system of your own but before buying checck on the forum about whether it can work with your Sky service as not all can.

One last point that you choose to use what is sold as a domestic service for work is your decision but it doesnt give you any priority or soecial treatment.
