Old customer potentially coming back πŸ˜‰

I am looking at ditching Virgin and coming back to Sky. My address is coming up unavailable when I try to get a broadband deal, yet if I put in both my neighbours addresses the Web site allows me to carry on with ordering Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Mick

@MickeyLondon  How long have you been away from sky , if it's less than 18 months you won't be able to sign up as a new customer for the discount 

 

you will either have to sign into your previous account and see what is available if anything or give sky a call
