Sky broadband and VPN

Currently we are having a issue with Ivanti Secure Access Client. It takes like 8 minutes to load up Active Directory however if you try with Virgin Media it only takes a minute?

Is there a issue between Ivanti and Sky routers?

We have got users  using the SKYQ broadband

Is there anything that needs to be done on Users Routers just so that we are able to advise them?
