@Shirley410 what Sky box sre you referring to? The Sky Q TV boxes are designed to lose heat through the top surface but should not be too hot so you cannot hold your hand on them. If you are concerned and the box is not getting hot due to poor ventilation by being on its side or in a stack give Sky a call to grt it swapped out.
