Sky Wifi keeps dropping out. Old router problem

I have had a Sky router for at least 7 years and it is now dropping wifi, physically conencted computers seem fine. Sometimes having to reset the router multiple times a day. I suspect it is the router due to it's age. How do I contact Sky to get a router change?
