No internet

Internet keeps dropping out mostly just staying as orange light, I keep testing the connection and it keeps saying all is good  and no faults in my area

@Natasha92 the test result is for the last time the test ran but if there is no reported issue in yourcarea give Sky a call tonreport your fault somthey can get Openreach out to sort it for you.
