Sky WiFi is useless
Swapped from BT to SKY broadband.
now devices constantly drop off. Even in same room as router.
surely this must be breach of contract??

No, as WiFi is not guaranteed by any company as there's far too many variables.
Unplugging the router/hub at the wall for 5 minutes should be your first port of call. If no success then have a look at the following to see if they can resolve your problem easily. If not you may need to consider either the Sky WiFi Max add-on package or perhaps purchasing a 3rd party mesh system (which remains yours regardless of ISP used).
