WiFi issues
Hi,
we have recently changed to Sky broadband max. Since changing, our devices take much longer to open websites. This is strange as the upload and download speeds are much faster than before. Could this be a security setting?
Also, can I request an additional WiFi extender to boost the signal in the rear part of my house?
thank you.

Start perhaps by disabling Sky broadband Shield https://www.sky.com/myaccount/bb-and-talk/broadband-shield
The Sky WiFi Max add-on package is a paid for add-on. Try the Sky diagnostic first via the MySky app and check all options or on the website.
