Sky WiFi down right now? LINCOLNSHIRE. Anybody else?

Sky WiFi down in my area. Service checker looks good when I login, but when I don't login and I run check on mylandline number... It says theres an issue in the sea in Shetland.... Anyone give me more info please?

I have issues too.

Sky checker says the connection to the house is good (I'm doubting that though). I've changed my filter and rebooted my router, but still no internet.

It could be overnight maintenance taking place.

If it still down later then the first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

@Crystal2411 hopefully your service is back up by now but the fact the cable linking customers in the Shetlands to Sky is down has no impact on customers elsewhere.
