I switched from another provider to Sky in March this year. As per their instructions , I have e mailed their switching service , including all the documents they require, to claim the reimbursement of early termination fees by my previous provider. I have received no acknowledgment of my e mail . Can anyone suggest the best way to get a response from Sky to my claim

Hello, I'd suggest giving sky a call and ask them to get through to sky move. You may actually have an option if you listen all the way through the numbers to press to get to sky home move department.
