I have recently upgraded to Sky Glass and have a new Sky Stream Router as well. I have been working from Home for years and have connected my work phone to my sky router to make and receive calls. Following receipt of new router - My phone connects and has a dialing tone & all usual display but I cannot make or receive calls. I have phoned sky who say the new router does not support this so how can I work from home on this basis - I cannot believe this is true there must be lots of people WFH in the same situation who are sky clients or is there a work around I am missing.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@FloSanders I'm rather confused by the isseu you have, as your hone does seem to be connecting as you have a dial tone, but can't make calls, if the was a Sky issue your phone wouldn't have a dial tone at all.
Have you spoken to your company IT dept as ths may be an issue their end?

Hi there,
My colleague has recently had the same Sky setup installed and is experiencing the same issue. What's the easiest way for her to contact Sky to have the firmware on her hub rolled back please? Sky customer support have been useless on the phone with one advisor telling her that Sky does not support voip phones which is clearly nonsense given many others (myself included) use a work voip phone with Sky broadband.
Thanks!
