I'm trying to change the name of my Sky Max hub
Per the guidance and other sources the hub should appear in the mySky app - it's not.
I tried the chat bot and it couldn't help and it's directed me here for a response!
I understand Sky will need to do something there end and I need to contact the support people - but don't know how
1. How can I contact Sky to get them to do something so the hub appears in the app etc?
