Physical Phone cable damage

Today workmen digging a driveway on our property accidentally cut the telephone cable that comes into the property.  I called Eir to report the fault but they said I should also report this to the Sky Engineers.  I've been madly going through assistant trees trying to request an Engineer or to speak to someone on the phone to no avail.  Can anyone help?

@AliK22 unfortunstely you will need to continue trying to call  Sky Ireland to report the fault. Ignore offers of texts or call backs and stay on line but currently its the pre-Christmas rush so lines are very busy.
