Sky Router not appearing in MySky app to change network name

I'm trying to change the name of my Sky Max hub

 

Per the guidance and other sources the hub should appear in the mySky app - it's not.

 

I tried the chat bot and it couldn't help and it's directed me here for a response!

 

I understand Sky will need to do something there end and I need to contact the support people - but don't know how 

 

1. How can I contact Sky to get them to do something so the hub appears in the app etc?

Hi @HelenCrane I have escalatedI can see that your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
