I got it from Ebay it's my second

As all Max pods are loaned by Sky they cannot legitimately be resold.

Consequently any listed on eBay are effectively stolen property.

Even where a previous user has paid a non-return charge this doesn't transfer ownership.

I'd suggest you use the appropriate eBay mechanism to get your money back: Sky will not add it to your account.
