WiFi issue

Hello, hope you are well... I contacted yesterday about signal issues with the distance vs my previous BT package. I had 3 booster disks before. The agent sent out 1 which has helped some of the issue, but not all. He said I need to contact again after receiving one. Can you please send 2 more.

As we are customers here who help each other you will have to call Sky about this as they might need to send an engineer to set up a second one for you.
