Sky Max hub Generic Routing encapsulation

The Sky Max Hub is blocking the access to my work computer via VPN. The message says the device between my computer and the VPN server is not configured to allow Generic Routing Encapsulation protocol packets. 

How can I fix the problem as I need to work from home?
