Sky WiFi Max Router Issues

Morning, got the new router yesterday, plugged it in and it appeared to be working fine. I've connected all the devices and they work (well, apart from Apple TV through the Sky Q box).  However the My Sky App/Website won't connect to the router and says the WiFi is turned off - yet when I try and log in to the router via the app or website I always get the "oops there's a technical issue". Screenshots attached, but I'm a bit of a loss to know what the issue is, and the helpline was next to useless "just wait 24 hours" was all they said.

@Geordie+Graeme what is the colour of the new router? You mention Sky Q boxes the newer white hubs do not support the Sky Q mesh system so devices cannot use their wifi hotspots.

These hubs also need setting up by Sky before they appear on the My Sky app. Sigbing out fully closing and then re-opening the app and signing in again can help otherwise it is something Sky will need to fix first you.

Nite this advice does not apply to the black hubs.

Re: Sky WiFi Max Router Issues

Morning, thanks for the reply. It's a brand new white Sky router having finally upgraded to Full Fibre.

Ive signed out on the app and signed back in, but that hasn't resolved anything.

Thanks.
