Sky Max Pod order

I have sky max and one pod but still have dark spots in my house

i I live in Cornwall in UK which has issues as we don't have fibre only copper. How do I order more without having to go through the very annoying call system as VIrtual Assirant can't help either

@MattKS to get more tha n one pod Sky normally s end out an engineer to assess what is needed. This requires a conve rsation with an agent so I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
