Price increse
Hi how do I cancel due to a price increases plus my broadband keep freezing

You would need to call Sky and give them the requited 14 days notice to cancel. You have 30 days to do this from the email/letter price rise notification.
150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

@JosephB1 Instructions on how to cancel will be in your price increase notification
but you need to call sky within 30 days of receiving the notification
